"ML Fashion" LLC has issued coupon bonds, which will be placed within the period from 29 July through 20 August of the current year. The Bond Program Prospectus was registered by Decision No. 1/301 A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, dated 8 July 2026. To purchase the bonds, investors must duly complete and submit bond purchase application/s to "Cube Invest" CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
