Our Journey and Mission

ML Fashion Team

Founded in 2017, ML Fashion LLC’s mission is to enrich the Armenian and wider South Caucasus markets with recognized international fashion brands, establishing a modern, high-quality retail environment. Our operations began in 2018 with the successful launch of the Zarina brand at Yerevan Mall. Over nearly a decade of disciplined scaling, we have expanded Zarina into a robust 12-store national network, including crucial regional branches in Gyumri, Vanadzor, and Echmiatsin.

In 2025, we rapidly introduced Spanish fashion leader Punt Roma, establishing two prominent active stores in Yerevan within a single year. Today, with a productive 14-store physical base and an advanced digital ecosystem, we serve as the trusted partner and definitive gateway for global fashion retailers entering the region.

Recently, in May 2026 we introduced Zarina Man collection with another store in Rio Mall shopping center, Yerevan. We will continue expanding Zarina Man’s presence in Armenia, offering modern high-quality menswear and contemporary fashion to Armenian consumers.

Logistics and Supply Chain

In an era of global supply chain disruptions, ML Fashion has engineered highly resilient logistics pipelines:

Black Sea Transit Corridor:
To bypass maritime bottlenecks, goods from Asian manufacturing centers are received at the Georgian ports of Poti or Batumi, transit customs, and travel over a direct 700-kilometer overland corridor to Yerevan.

Direct European Land Route:
For European stock, we utilize fast-transit land transportation via the Balkan highway corridors, securing rapid 10-to-14-day delivery times from Central European logistics hubs.

Regional Integration:
Our custom transit operations leverage the customs checkpoints between Georgia and Armenia, reducing cross-border transaction costs and transit times.

ESG and Sustainability Roadmap

At ML Fashion LLC, we operate with a deep commitment to environmental, social, and corporate governance.

Regulatory Compliance:
Our supply chain is structured to ensure absolute compliance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and is actively preparing for the 2027 EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) mandate.

Circular Economy:
We are rolling out local circularity initiatives in our flagship stores, introducing in-store clothing donation bins and garment repair partnerships inspired by leading international frameworks such as “RE.UNIQLO” and “Primark Cares”.
